We handle school registrations, tutor sourcing, childcare arrangements, holiday planning, and the administrative tasks that accumulate in a household with children. We track the dates that matter. The gift is right, the reservation is made, and the birthday is handled before it becomes the thing you nearly forgot.

TRAVEL

We plan your travel the way someone who knows your life plans it.

We know which properties match your standards, which ones you've ruled out and why, and what you actually need from a trip. We manage the itinerary, the logistics, and the contingencies. We have contacts where you need them, and we've built the itineraries to prove it.

ACCESS & EVENTS

Fifteen years of relationships with venues, teams, promoters, and private contacts across Toronto and internationally means we know who to call and how to ask.

GIFTING & SOURCING

We source gifts and hard-to-find items with the same care we bring to everything else.

We learn your taste, your recipients, and your standards over time. By the second year of a membership, most gifting requests arrive as a single sentence and leave as the right thing, delivered correctly, without further conversation.

PERSONAL ADMIN

The administrative layer of a complex life takes more time than most members realize until someone else is handling it.

We manage correspondence, coordinate across your household and support staff, maintain records of preferences and vendor relationships, and handle the ongoing administration that accumulates when a life is running at a high level.
