MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER​
I noticed the most capable people I knew, the ones running companies, raising families, leading at the highest levels of their professions, were quietly drowning in the logistics of their own lives. Nobody was offering what they actually needed: a trusted set of hands on the other end of the phone who would pick up and handle it.Fifteen years later, the problem hasn't gotten easier. Life takes more coordination now than it did then: more accounts, more logistics, more inbound on everyone's time. The gap between what a full life requires and what one person can manage keeps widening. Closing that gap for the leaders and families who trust us is the most rewarding work I've ever done.

The sleep sack.
A family called us on their way to the airport, heading to Miami. Their daughter's sleep sack was back in Toronto. By the time their hotel room door opened, it was already there.

The pumpkins.
A call at 3pm on the 30th of October. Twenty-one small pumpkins, needed at the house by evening, for the kids' school event the next morning. They were on the driveway by 7pm.

The lunch.
A call two hours before a family office lunch for thirty people, nothing arranged, specific dietary requirements. The food was on the table before anyone arrived.
