MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER​
I noticed the most capable people I knew, the ones running companies, raising families, leading at the highest levels of their professions, were quietly drowning in the logistics of their own lives. Nobody was offering what they actually needed: a trusted set of hands on the other end of the phone who would pick up and handle it.Fifteen years later, the problem hasn't gotten easier. Life takes more coordination now than it did then: more accounts, more logistics, more inbound on everyone's time. The gap between what a full life requires and what one person can manage keeps widening. Closing that gap for the leaders and families who trust us is the most rewarding work I've ever done.

The Porsche.
A member wanted to give her mother a birthday she'd remember: two weeks in a Porsche, something her mother had always dreamed of driving. The car was in Toronto. Her mother was in Ottawa. We arranged the drivers, the rail legs, and the return. Her mother was delighted.

The leak.
A member spending the winter away from Toronto. On a routine check of the home, we found a basement leak, already significant. A restoration team was there the next day, a contractor the day after. Walls opened, dried, and closed. No mold. By the time they returned in spring, the basement was good as new. They never had to think about it.

The winter down south.
Every winter, a member travels south with his wife, two small children, and his in-laws. By now, we know how this family moves. Flights booked early. VIP arrival arranged. Driver at the airport. Rental stocked and waiting. And every Valentine's Day, something thoughtful at the door.
