Everyone who needs help organizing their lives and wants to have more free time for themselves, their family, and their community.

How does a personal concierge service work?

Simple, you make a “to do” list, hand it over to us, and we get it done. No matter what kind of errands or tasks you need done, we can take care of it for you.

Can you do tasks that aren’t listed on the website?

Yes. If the service you require is not listed simply contact us for more information.

Do I always contact the same person?

As a member of Modern Concierge you will be assigned a Lifestyle Manager who works with a qualified team of assistants. Your point person is your Lifestyle Manager.

What are your hours of business?

Our business hours are 8:30am-5pm. We will work evenings and weekends by special arrangement. We request that clients provide us 24 hour notice. For an additional fee we can accommodate emergency requests.

Is your company insured?

Yes, Modern Concierge is fully insured under a commercial liability insurance policy and errors and omission’s policy.

Will I have to provide your company with the keys to my house?

Yes, if we are completing tasks such a home watch service, pet care, or delivering groceries/dry cleaning you will provide us with a copy of your house key or a garage code.

What is your service area?

Modern Concierge services the Greater Toronto Area, Halton, and the Durham Region.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque, electronic funds transfer and all major Credit Cards.

How do you pay for things you purchase for me?

Our membership fees are prepaid so our clients must maintain an authorized credit card on file and expenses are billed as incurred. Of course, no charges will be made to your credit card without your advance knowledge.
