The Porsche.
A member wanted to give her mother two weeks in a Porsche, something she had always wanted to drive. The car was in Toronto. Her mother was in Ottawa. We arranged the drivers, the rail legs, and the return.

The leak.
Our members were away for the winter. On a routine check of the home, we found a basement leak. A restoration team was there the next day. By the time they returned in spring, there was nothing to address.

The last-minute lunch.
A call two hours before a family office lunch for thirty people, nothing arranged, specific dietary requirements. The food was on the table before anyone arrived.
