Making this a down home dinner to remember, Chef Brown of Victor Dries, poured the seafood on to the tables where hungry guests watched as lobster, shrimp, corn and potatoes savoured creating a warm, welcoming environment for individuals, while still giving the sense of exclusivity. This is one event that people still speak of to this day.
