In light of the new measures that were implemented in Toronto, restricting indoor and outdoor social activities again, we have come up with some ways you can still help the community and support local businesses — and of course, continue to have fun.
Here are five things-to-do around the Greater Toronto Area/Ontario to show your support for the community during this time:
1. Have Fun at Ontario’s Dinosaur Halloween Drive-thru
Celebrate Halloween as if you’re in prehistoric times at Ontario’s dinosaur Halloween drive-thru. Located at Indian River Reptile Zoo, just outside of Peterborough, you can enjoy over 60 giant dinosaur replicas that roar and move as you travel along the trail. 2. Hike at Rockwood Conservation Area
Only an hour away from Toronto, Rockwood Conservation Area in Guelph, Ontario, offers nature at its finest. There, you can find ruins, caves with bats, different hiking trails with steep and cliffs, glacial potholes good for canoeing, and plenty of fall colors. Tickets cost $3 to $7.50.

From his portraits, and landscape paintings, the Van Gogh Exhibit allows you to visit the mind of an art genius.
5. Find your way through Pingle’s Famous Corn Maze
The 8-acre Pingle’s Corn Maze is back again this year for friends and families to enjoy. The famous maze is now made more fun with its pirate theme and new interactive elements.
If you want to get lost but you’re short on time, or maybe you have a kid with you, you can try their ‘Mini Maze’ which only takes 20-25 minutes to finish. If you want something more challenging, try their ‘Main Maze’ with 4 sections each with their own set of fun activities.
